FAQ
Common questions.
We know nothing about AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's the starting point for most of our clients. You don't need the terminology; you
need to know how your business runs. Choosing and configuring the technology is our side of the
table.
Which AI tools do you use?
It depends on your workflow, budget, data sensitivity and existing systems. We're not tied to any
vendor and we don't earn commission from recommending one, so the decision is made on fit and
explained to you with the trade-offs.
Is our data safe?
Data handling is reviewed during the audit and designed into the workflow rather than added later.
Typical measures include using only the information that's needed, restricting where it's
processed, and keeping a person in the loop before anything goes out to a client. Anything
involving client data is agreed with you in writing first.
How long does it take?
An audit is usually one to two weeks. A single workflow build is typically four to eight weeks,
with a working pilot visible in the first two to four. Larger programmes are scoped in phases so
you always have something useful running before the next phase starts.
How are fees calculated?
Audits and builds are priced as fixed fees for an agreed scope; ongoing support is monthly. We
confirm the number in writing before any work starts, and we don't add charges for work that was
already in scope.
Will we be dependent on you afterwards?
No. You receive the documentation, procedures and training needed to run the workflow
independently. Ongoing support exists for clients who want it, but it's optional rather than a
condition of working with us.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Most sessions work well remotely. For audit workshops and team training, on site is often
more effective, and we're happy to travel.
